This is a mild oil: not spicy or peppery. It is very fresh and has a great fragrance.

This fresh tasting oil is a mild tasting blend of four Tuscan varieties. Folks not seeking a more robust and spicy oil will like the buttery smoothness of this oil. Owens Creek oils are certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.
